“Plant Scans” was born out of research on a green roof that sits on top a school of the arts building at my former university. While conducting site studies on the green roof, I harvested sections of plants that had fallen off and found it’s way on the concrete. I used detailed scans of the plants to examine the relationship between human-made structures and the natural world.
